The Barack Obama Campaign Plane Cheat Sheet

Barack Obama Campaign Plane 757Welcome to your cheat sheet to what is now being referred to as “O-Force One”, Barack Obama’s campaign jet.

Airframe:  Boeing 757

Seating:  Obama’s seat is a plush leather chair with “Obama ‘08″ on one line with “President” beneath it.  Up to eight people can sit in these first class furnishings up front.  Behind that are two business class sections reserved for the Obama staff.  The rearward sections of the plane are your typical coach accomodations and reserved for the Secret Service, reporters, and cameramen.

Controversial insignia (or lack thereof):  While being prepared for the nominee, the American flag was removed from the tail of the plane and replaced with the Obama “O” logo.

Other livery:  “Change We Can Believe In” and barackobama.com printed along the sides of the 757.

Tail Number: N755NA

Take a look to see how it stacks up against John McCain’s campaign jet.
